soma Upgrades
Gear up for a ton of new updates from the somaTEAM in the next few weeks! We've been very hard at work, revving up our revamp of software and services. Let me walk you through a few of the upgrades now.
soma Listens and Improves
We've listened to our customers and have improved turnaround times and responsiveness to their requests; and, we've fixed a number of the hurdles they've faced in the past when editing their website using our somaICE Content Marketing and Management Service. This thing is better than ever.
somaICE Blog
A new, dedicated somaICE blog launches this Friday for our somaICE software-as-a-service. So many new upgrades and tweaks are happening on a daily basis to somaICE, it felt wrong not to keep our clients up-to-date with all the new stuff in there.
We'll be blogging news, feature additions, and tutorials every Friday on the somaICE blog. So, keep an eye out for it!
soma Website Reorganization
We're walking through our own website to ensure that it matches the message we want to send. We're now doing a much better job of showing you how we can help your organization. Moving forward, we will be offering case studies to help you understand why we should be your marketing partner.
The somaTEAM Grows
We're growing! Our good friend Mode23 (Collin Grasley) has been added to the somaTEAM and has been helping us with somaSUPPORT and somaCREATIVE. Welcome to the somaTEAM, Collin!
Future Plans
Training on somaICE. No doubt about it, somaICE is a great enabler; allowing ordinary folks, organizations, and businesses to showcase their work, collect pledge donations, etc., and make their websites a two-way communication window instead of a static online magazine.
But what good is it if there's all this power and it's not put to full use? The somaICE blog is a great first step to integrate our clients into the growing somaICE platform. After that, we're going to work our hardest to provide them with extensive training on the system.
Training benefits both the client and soma; because the clients learn how to communicate their services online, and we learn exactly where we need to focus our efforts to make things easier for them.
